When we first dreamed up this journal, we sought to create a fun space for writers to submit their work and discover other voices. Much like the sanctuary of a home kitchen during a lively house party, we wanted Disco Kitchen to feel both welcoming and captivating. But going into our first issue, we didn’t know what to expect. Luckily, the universe (being a talented group of creatives) answered. The result is a surprising and stellar first issue!
Big thanks to our small but mighty team and talented contributors for making it all possible. It’s been a true labor of love. Check out Volume 1 below, and here’s to many more volumes to come,
